Hi folks~~ I am excited to finally upload our department's Music Video "ECTAD’s Dream"!!!

First of all, thank you so much to everyone who joined this project. From the beginning, I never imagined that so many country offices would send in their videos. It started just because I really wanted to do it, and I still can't believe it.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my department for allowing me to successfully produce what I truly wanted and for giving me the opportunity to lead this from a to z, just as I envisioned, with your trust….

This video was even played during FAO ECTAD’s 20th anniversary session at the "Regional Forum on Innovation to Support Sustainable Livestock Transformation" last week, in front of so many people from all over the world...

This moment will remain a truly special memory for me, like a gift. When I look back at my 24 years, I’ll cherish it forever.

[Director's Note (기획 의도)]
Even though our department, the Emergency Centre for Transboundary Animal Diseases (ECTAD), is large and spread out all over the world, I wanted to create a video that would harmoniously bring together those working in the Asia & Pacific region, since I am currently working at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (RAP).
So, I planned a remote virtual choir video (Music Video) and intentionally selected "Dancing Queen" as the song because it is familiar to all age groups, hoping that more people would find it easier to participate.
After that, I wrote the lyrics about our department's 20 years of combating animal diseases, just simply rearranged a demo backing track to make it easier to sing along, and created a guide video for singing with a heart full of hope, eagerly expecting people to participate.

Thanks to so many people participating, even dancing and actively engaging in creating a video, I believe that in the next 20 years, ECTAD can continue to work together and shine even more! And even though we are spread across the globe, we remain united as one of the FAO team 💙
