客家咸汤圆😍满满一锅的配菜,配上软糯q弹的小汤圆,一口吃下去,暖胃又幸福,祝大家冬至快乐❤️

食材:30克虾米,60克红葱头、葱白、半颗白菜、1把香菜、3个香菇、200肉末、300克汤圆、2勺米酒、1勺生抽、半勺胡椒粉、800毫升清水、半勺盐、1勺麻油

1)把虾米&香菇浸泡
2)把红葱头、葱白、白菜、香菜、香菇切好备用
3)热锅热水,下入汤圆煮至浮起捞出浸泡冷水
4)热锅热油,下入红葱头葱白虾米香菇爆香,后再加入2勺米酒&1勺生抽炒至均匀再加入肉末
5)把肉末炒香变白,就可以加入800毫升清水,放入白菜根盖上盖子焖10分钟
6)再加入白菜叶、汤圆、香菜、半勺盐、1勺麻油,搅拌均匀就可以出锅啦❤️
