[Statue Episode 25] THE WALKING DEAD: Michonne 1/6 Scale Figure [3D Resin Statue]

The one I purchased off of eBay was supposed to be 1/6 scale. It is definitely not 1/6 scale. It is at least 1/5 scale. The seller noted that the modeler labeled what he printed as 1/6 scale; I believe him. I did get a pretty good refund so I'll give this one away or try to sell it.

Regardless, my husband did make me a 1/6 scale statue of Michonne from "The Walking Dead," and I show you how I painted her in this video albeit I did not have time to do the hands/sword or the stand in this episode. We will finish this one up in the next episode.

In addition, I think I will lighten some of the pants (i.e., the thighs and lower legs). I think the wash is a bit too heavy in a few places so I'll re-touch this up a bit.

Regardless, I hope you like what you see in this episode. I will have to draw from my courage to do the eyes. Eyes are so intimidating, and I've never really done eyes. I will try, and if I am not successful, I will send her to someone who I know can do eyes.

Still, she is a work in progress, but so far it has been challenging but fun!!!
