Today we present you with our central theme along with the worlds of colour for the winter season 2017/2018.

Matte brown and a delicate rosé are the main shades forming the colour world Pure Unity, for a colourful and trendy combination. Joining in are a transparent blue with earthy shades, along with a wisp of gold and silver. Materials and shapes extend and continue the trend, which is characterised by opposites and harmony. Textures in Pure Unity range from fine to coarse and smooth to fluted. Shapes and patterns are geometric or organic.

In the colour world Clear Serenity, quiet blue tones are in soft contrast to pale beige and orange hues. Powerful yellow sets retrospective accents accompanied by violet and a rusty red. The ground colour khaki brings naturalness. In Clear Serenity, subdued colours and soft materials create a sharp contrast to hard concrete and metal. Curved shapes and a 3D look set the tone for the design.

Vibrant Vitality is bursting with colour like fireworks — colourful, loud, explosive, vibrant. The complementary colours red and green lend the colour world Vibrant Vitality a vivid radiance. The entire palette of colours is pulsing and full of life. The colour range is complemented by a subdued orange tone and earthy brown hues. Fabrics, materials, and colours are mixed up wildly. Ethno patterns are an absolute must as well in Vibrant Vitality.

At the centre of the colour world Blue Infinity is blue in all its nuances. Rich indigo tones and cool shades of denim blue are the inspiration behind this colour trend. Natural accents in green, brown, and beige chime in. Everything flows in the trend colour of blue. Particularly the feel of the fabrics picks up on this. No matter which structure and which material, blue gives everything a cool, relaxed look.

Our central theme is derived from the first of the four worlds of colour. Our theme is a relaxed mix of geometric shapes and colours that allows for new and individual creations to arise. The focus is on an earthy brown and delicate rosy pink. Gold sets shimmering accents as a contrast to the cooler pale blue.

TrendSet has taken place for over 50 years twice a year, in January and July, in Munich, Germany, as an international living and lifestyle trade fair for consumer goods. It is the largest and most important trade fair of its kind in the southern German-speaking region. At TrendSet, manufacturers, importers, and commercial agents of international firms regularly present approximately 2,500 brands and collections from nearly 40 countries on over 100,000 square metres of exhibition space. TrendSet is not open to the public, but is exclusively for the trade. It regularly numbers about 35,000 attendees from the specialty trade, mail order trade, and other forms of trade interested in the exhibition focus of beautiful living both indoors and outdoors, practical and elegant products for the kitchen, dining area, bath, and office, along with wonderful ideas for giving and decorating.
