I played an intense table tennis match against World Rank 312 and one of the top Italian player Carlo Rossi.

I gave him a crazy table tennis challenge to play the entire match using ONLY his forehand. No backhand allowed. Every push, flick, block, and even table tennis forehand topspin had to come from the same side. In my head, I was thinking, “I’ll just play everything to his backhand. He’ll have to run like crazy. Easy win.” Reality check? I was the one running. At one point, he literally hit a behind the back forehand because apparently normal forehands weren’t entertaining enough.

I recorded each of these table tennis rally with a GoPro POV camera mounted on my head, so you can feel the speed, spin, footwork, and pressure of playing an Italian table tennis player up close.
