The Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) presented by researchers that use it in their daily work activities at the 5-day Copernicus Marine Week (25-29 September 2017).

Rita Lecci, oceanographer at the CMCC Foundation - OPA - Ocean Predictions and Applications Division, is the service manager for the Mediterranean Monitoring and Forecasting Center and the local service desk manager as well.
Everyday she works on both sides of CMEMS, that is first delivering data and then using them for the different applications and services running operationally at the CMCC Foundation.
