In this video, I showcase a fully functional Online Voting System developed using PHP and MySQL. This project allows registered voters to securely log in and cast their votes for various positions such as Governor, Vice Governor, and three Representative roles. Once a vote is submitted, it is saved into the database, and the voter's status is updated to "Voted" to prevent duplicate submissions. The system then redirects the user to a "Thank You" page, confirming successful participation.

This voting system is built with a simple front-end using HTML and basic CSS, and the back-end logic is handled using PHP with MySQL as the database. It demonstrates how form data can be processed and stored securely (although this version uses basic SQL queries—future improvements should include prepared statements for better security). The database includes tables like voters, votes, and candidates, each playing a crucial role in the flow of the application.

This project is ideal for students, college elections, small organization voting needs, or anyone looking to learn how to connect PHP with a MySQL database through practical implementation. It provides a clear example of session handling, form processing, and database operations.
