🔍 Expert Tips
For best texture, finely mince kheema and squeeze water completely out of the soaked pav.

Ingredients
300g Mutton Kheema
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
Salt to taste
Coriander & Mint Leaves (a handful, chopped)
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Egg
1 Pav (soaked in water, squeezed dry)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Butter/oil for pan frying
Pav buns for serving
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add kheema, all spices, chopped herbs, onion, chillies, egg, squeezed pav, and lemon juice.
Mix well until fully combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Shape into small kebab patties.
Heat a tawa with oil or butter. Cook kebabs on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
Toast pav with butter on the same tawa.
Assemble by placing kebab inside pav with onions and chutney or serve alongside.
