Instruction:
Material in a vacuum state, one phase will be distribution to another continuous phase well-proportioned under the function high-shear emulsifier, take advantage of mechanical strong kinetic energy, the material in the stator and rotor’s narrow gap will get hundreds of thousands of times of the hydraulic shear per minute.After Centrifugal extrusion,impact and tearing, the material dispersed emulsion in a moment, after high-frequency cycling, finally get the fine no-bubbles and stable high-quality products.
Usage:
It is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants.
The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials
of high base viscosity and high solid content.
