This beautiful old farm house was built in the late 1800’s between 1865-1870 for a moderately wealthy agrarian family. The family would grow corn, tomatoes and other crops as well as selling timber from their land. They also had a large herd of cattle that grazed the acres of land around the house once upon a time. Descendants of the family lived in the house up until the late 1980’s. After the final owner passed away no one moved back in and now the land will most likely end up developed and the house torn down sadly. The other house shown is a second empire mansard style home built in the late 1800’s but in much worse shape from vandals and graffiti. Thanks for watching. Like and leave a comment if you enjoyed.
