Early Season Whitetail Hunting Tips

Opening day is right around the corner here in Michigan! After 9 months of work, getting your property ready, it's finally time to get back into a tree. But is it really time to push into your favorite stands? Most of the time, probably not.

In this video we will go over a few temptations you should try to resist in order to keep the deer on your property pressure free and the movement predictable well into the season. Although we take a more conservative approach to the start of the hunting season, we are still in the woods, so we'll also discuss when and where we prefer to hunt in early October.
