Ingredients

Honey Pannacotta

350ml/1 1/2 Cups x Double/Heavy whipping cream
100ml/1/2 Cup x Milk
50g/2 1/2 tbsp x Honey
2 1/2 x Platinum Gelatin leaves or 1 1/2 tsp x knox gelatin powder

Coffee & Chocolate Biscotti

250g/2 Cups x Plain/All purpose flour
250g/1 Cup x Caster/Fine granulated sugar
1 tsp x Baking powder
1 tsp x Espresso & chocolate salt - https://www.saltydogspicecompany.com/
1 tsp x Espresso powder
1 tsp Cocoa powder
125g/7/8 Cup x Broken hazelnuts
125g/7/8 Cup x Flaked almonds
90g/1/2 Cup x Chopped milk chocolate
2 - 3 x Eggs (Whisked)

Chocolate soil

70g/2.4oz x Chopped milk chocolate
100g/8 tbsp x Caster/Fine granulated sugar
4 tbsp x Water

Garnishes

1 Pinch x Espresso & chocolate salt

Cooking Times & Temps

Biscotti - 20/30 mins for first bake then another 20/30 minutes once sliced on 160c/320f

Chocolate soil - 113c/235f for the sugar then add the chocolate whisking carefully.
