Rufes Live - Dub Techno Liveset (Elektron machines only / Dawless)

My current mix is a pure Elektron live set. Enjoy the incredible dub techno sounds. Everything you hear is created with Elektron machines. ENJOY IT ;-)

My reduced setup for this mix: Syntakt, Digitone, Faderfox EC4 (midi controller for Digitone - breath control & pitch bend), Digitakt, Analog Four, Pioneer DJM-450, SCL2 compressor/limiter for the sum.

The Digitakt is my midi clock. I use a midi thru box to send the midi signal to the remaining 3 machines.

I work with the pattern change function to change the pattern with both machines at the same time.
The syntakt changes the pattern along with the digitone. (In order to be able to use the pattern change function for Digitakt, I use a midi merger.) The Digitakt changes the pattern together with the Analog Four.

Audio routing: The syntakt goes into the Digitone and the sum from the Digitone into the Pioneer mixer (channel 1). The A4 goes into the audio input from the Digitakt and the Digitakt goes into the mixer (channel 2). The sum from the Pioneer mixer goes into the compressor and the output from SCL2 goes into my sound card. With Ableton, only the sum is recorded.

This time I have decided on a clear set so that you can draw a direct comparison to your music. I'm working DAWLESS again in this live set so as not to change the sound with plugins. Everything you hear comes straight out of my master compressor/limiter.
I find it very helpful to also follow other artists, to be inspired, to constantly optimize my setup. So this time I wrote everything about my setup in great detail. Have fun making music.
