DIY simple Christmas CARDS in WATERCOLOR - tutorial with voiceover

Make a simple, fast and easy cards for Christmas.


This is a card making tutorial with step by step explanations how I made those 4 cars using watercolors. I do not think you should be a painter (or watercolorist) to make them and in my opinion anyone can do it. :)



They can also serve a purpose for any occasion if you draw a suited motive on this background and write you own text. :)

For making cards I used :


***Paper : Canson Montval watercolor paper 300gsm or 140lb
but any watercolor paper will do


***Watercolors : Primary Blue, Indigo, Sap Green, Green, Raw Sienna, Primary Yellow, Sepia

I also used white gouache...

White gel pen from Uni-ball
Masking marker from Solo Goya
but instead you can use white gouache or white marker


***Brushes: Round brush No 4 and 12
but use any one bigger and one smaller round brush
