The original is very much a percussion and beat affair, the artists taking a minimalist approach to the track. One of the instances where 'less is more' actually works. Mind-expansive, melodies are added to the track's vertebrae as it progresses. A journey to get lost in. On remix duties we have frequent collaborators to our label, Rat. The beginning of their rendition is calm and slow but it doesn't take long before layers and layers are added, turning their remix into a full-fledged sensorial trip. Distorted guitar effects give an almost psychedelic/exotic touch to the track, reminding one of Manuel Gottsching's work on E2-E4. A musical bazaar.''
