CONTEXT FOR THE CLIP:
In Tomodachi Life, there is a mini game in which you can ask your Miis a few Quirky Questions. You can choose between 3 prompts the game gives you for 3 rounds. Afterwards, you can type in whatever you'd like.

Miis raise their hands at a random probability. For each question, it's completely random if Miis will raise their hands or stay still. The "who loves streaming?" scenario in this clip was by complete luck.

And as such, Jimmy refers to Vox Akuma. Zaddy refers to Luca Kaneshiro. As for the Elira tweet bit, that was a reply to Wilson after making a tweet about mpreg and showing a picture of his lawyer, Vanta Lawbringer.
