Volkswagen Tiguan Rear Brake Pad & Rotor Replacement DIY (2018-2021 VW Tiguan, Arteon, Atlas)

►Replacing the rear brake pads and rotors of your MQB chassis Volkswagen Tiguan is essentially the same process as the VW Arteon and Atlas. If your brake pads or rotors are visually worn past their usable life, if your pad wear sensor has tripped a warning message on the instrument cluster, or if the rear of your car is shaking under braking, it's time to replace these components.

Replacement of the MQB-based VW Tiguan brakes couldn't be more straightforward and is a job that nearly anyone can tackle in their garage or driveway at home. It requires minimal special tools, all of which are outlined in the intro of this video.
