आरजेडी नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने शनिवार(12 अप्रैल) की सुबह प्रेस वार्ता कर पार्टी का मेनिफेस्टो 'परिवर्तन पत्र' जारी किया. इसमें 24 जन वचन किए गए हैं. तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि "24 जन वचन यह हमारा कमिटमेंट है. इससे बिहार और देश की जनता का भला होगा. तेजस्वी यादव ने ये भी कहा कि केंद्र में अगर हमारे गठबंधन की सरकार बनी तो बिहार को 1.60 लाख करोड़ का विशेष पैकेज भी मिलेगा.
बिहार में 17 साल बनाम 17 महीने की तर्ज पर सभी सरकारी विभागों और सार्वजनिक संस्थानों में रिक्त 30 लाख पदों के अलावा 70 लाख पदों का सृजन कर कुल 1 करोड़ नौकरियां. संविदा और अस्थायी पदों को नियमित करने के लिए भी तेजी से अभियान.
बिहार को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा देना. बिहार के विकास के बरौर देश विकसित हो जाएगा ये अकल्पनीय है. आरजेडी का वादा सरकार बनते ही बिहार को उसके विशेष राज्य का हक. ताकि बिहार भी विकसित राज्यों की श्रेणी में शामिल होते हुए समावेशी विकास सुनिश्चित कर सके.
सामाजिक, आर्थिक और भौगोलिक दृष्टिकोण से एवं आबादी में देश का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा राज्य तथा पिछड़ा राज्य होने के कारण आगामी 5 वर्षों में बिहार में चौमुखी विकास के लिए 1 लाख 60 हजार करोड़ की विशेष वित्तीय सहायता. इस वित्तीय राशि का 40 लोकसभा क्षेलों में समानुपातिक रूप से वितरण इसके अंतर्गत प्रत्येक लोकसभा क्षेत्र को 4000 करोड़ रुपये की विशेष धनराशि मिलेगी.
घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर की बढ़ती कीमतों एवं महंगाई ने गरीब और निम्न आयवर्ग की कमर तोड़ दी. पूरे देश में इसकी कीमत 500 रुपये से अधिक नहीं होगी.
बिजली की बेतहाशा बढ़ती कीमतों पर लगाम लगाने के लिए एक आयोग का गठन. साथ ही घरेलू उपभोक्ता को 200 यूनिट बिजली फ्री दी जाएगी.
राष्ट्रीय जनता दल और गठबंधन के सभी दलों ने ठाना है कि चार साल की अग्निवीर योजना को निरस्त करते हुए सेना में स्थायी नियोजन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा. 2014 के पूर्व की भांति सेना में भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाई जाएगी. ड्यूटी के दौरान अर्धसैनिक बलों के जवान की शहादत के पश्चात उन्हें भी शहीद का दर्जा देना पार्टी की प्रतिबद्धता.
