A new wave of uncertainty is building once again in Azad Kashmir as the Joint Awami Action Committee signals another possible protest.
Nothing is clear yet — but tensions are rising.
For weeks, AJK politics has been shaken by non-confidence movements, shifting loyalties, surprise alliances, and silent power games.
The change of government, the rise of Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, the fall of Ch. Anwar-ul-Haq, the role of PPP, PML-N AJK, PTI AJK, Muslim Conference, and the continuous pressure of the Action Committee — everything is now reconnecting in unexpected ways.
Inside meetings, party leaderships are divided.
Outside, the public is waiting.
And in between, the Action Committee insists its earlier demands were not fully honoured — especially regarding cabinet size, migrant (Muhajireen) representation, and governance reforms.
Veteran leaders like Raja Farooq Haider, Sardar Atiq, Sardar Yaqoob, Shaukat Nawaz Mir, Abdul Qayoom Niazi, and others continue to issue statements that only deepen the political mystery. Some accuse betrayal… some warn of another shutdown… and some remain silent.
Is another major protest about to hit Muzaffarabad?
Will the new government withstand the pressure?
Which parties are quietly preparing for the next move?
Nothing is confirmed — but everything is in motion.
More details will be revealed soon…
