This intelligent spray coating line is dedicated for iPhone components painting production in China factory which has patent protection.

The general process flow design is following:
Pallet loading with fixture - electrostatic dust cleaning - preheat in multi layer bake oven - base painting - flash off - pallet rotate 90 degrees then transfer to top painting - transfer to multi layer bake oven for central curing over 50 pallets - transfer out with forced cooling then take out.

In this coating line system, operator only need to put it and take out the pallet on two ends. All stations are automatic control by programming and sensors, no need to touch anything. Current single line efficiency by two shifts (16 hour) capacity is 960K which already covers 80% daily production.
