Denon AVR-4310CI Shuts down - Red flashing power light- High DC offset on one channel - Part 1

Here is a Very nice Denon AVR-4310CI AV receiver that shuts down a few seconds after turn on with the dreaded red flashing power light. I found a high DC offset on one channel. This is part 1, troubleshooting
