Addressing Doubts

Doubt 1:
debug(arr) - its just a function I have to print the error in error.txt file, it does not affect the code

Doubt 2:
*max_element(all(arr)) same as *max_element(arr.begin(), arr.end())

Doubt 3:
In the video, I mentioned we can make 10 with the given array, but some of you might have a doubt there

What I meant was that it does not matter whether we can make a larger number or not, our condition for monotonicity (which is req for binary search) is greater than or equal to x , since we can make 7, whether we can make anything greater or not does not matter
