When we received our iKamper, we noticed a manufacturing issue from the factory; The PVC windows were damaged (possibly from the tent mechanism) and two patched holes on the underneath side of one of the grey window flaps.

The retailer (Kombilife) fixed the problem immediately and organised for the outer tent and fly to be replaced.

Fortunately for us, it seems we got an upgraded version!
