This great alternative to egg puffs will be a rich addition to any breakfast dish. Learn to make this quick Tofu Puffs recipe in just 5mins!
RECIPE:

1 Lb Medium Tofu, sliced 1” thick, spread the slices in a non-stick pan

Sprinkle the following seasonings on top of the slices:
1 1/2 t salt
2 T lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
*1 T nutritional yeast flakes
*1/4 t turmeric
*1/4 t garlic powder
*1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t oregano
1/4 t basil
dash cayenne

Cover with a lid. Turn on high till bubbling. There is no oil but the lemon and the juices from the tofu come out of the tofu. Turn down to simmer. Check on it not to burn or dry out. Should simmer about 10 minutes to puff up and absorb seasonings.

Uses: on sandwiches, as a side dish, with pasta, with rice, with potatoes. SOOOOO yummy!

You may use 2 T vege-chicken seasoning instead of these 4 ingredients.
