the footage shows traditional Hung Gar kung fu forms by the late Grandmaster Leung Kam Kwong (Tiger and Crane boxing) and his student Wong Chung Man Sifu (8 Diagram Long Pole) representing the Wong Lei lineage... the son of Grandmaster Leung can be seen showing his spear skills as well
Additionally a top notch freestyle performance (combining gung ji and fu hok ) by Grandmaster Lam Chun Fai himself, son of the Lam Jo.
