High Press Laminate (HPL) Press to produce HPL Sheets, Compact Boards & Industrial Laminates

This video shows the process of High Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets and Compact Board manufacturing on a fully automatic multi-opening press line from Master Handlers.

Our presses can be used for manufacturing HPL Sheets, Compact Boards and Industrial Laminates of size 122 x 244 cm to 183 x 430 cm. The finished product thickness ranges from 0.6 to 25 mm.

A variety of different finishes and textures are possible. High quality and special grade laminates are manufacture in the press: Post Forming | Fire Retardant | Flooring | Exterior Grade | Anti-Bacterial | Mark Free

It is possible to make multiple size and finish sheets in the same press.
