Landing on the Minimums with Localized Phenomena

Hello Aviators.
My name is Gilberto Fonseca, I am a Multi-IFR Commercial Pilot and I live in Canada.
The Channel was created in 2023 when I was still looking for my first opportunity to get into the Commercial Pilot career and the purpose of the channel was to show a little bit of the step by step and of course, the differences in the training of a Private Pilot in Brazil and a Commercial/Multi IFR Pilot in Canada.
However, in July 2023 God blessed me with a job offer, and I was then hired to fly the ATR42/72-500 and the 202/212/2012A/300/320 variants.
So, after receiving clearance from the company's operational safety department, I was authorized to film and share my experience with all of you flying up north "Arctic".
This is just the first video of many to come from now on.

In today's video I show you an amazing approach and landing in Ranking Inlet a couple of days ago when we saw the runway down on the minimums for the RNAV Z RWY31.
