Knowing what to look for when buying a house can be the difference of a money pit, or a solid investment. Every house is different but here is a house in Aurora that I point out the good things that show the home was well cared for over time, and that is money my clients won't have to invest down the road. Things like proper drainage, mature trees, privacy through landscaping, wiring for a backup generator, etc.
