Stylish Plant Sprayer Restoration

I have a question for you, how can I protect copper to stay shiny long-term state?

Today i present you this amazing Antique Syringe for flowers.

I found this syringe in a flea market, in good working condition but very oxidized because it is copper,
I changed the orings, and the gasket from inside de pump.
This syringe was used many years ago in the garden to apply flower treatments and watering, now it's just a very bright and interesting decoration object.
