This is a customized trackless electric-drive transfer cart, mainly used for tasks such as work piece handling. The maximum load capacity of the product is 15 tons, enabling it to carry large items.
This transfer cart is mainly applied in the production workshop to assist the operation of the assembly line. It features a unique dual-drive design. The diagonal wheels can rotate 90 degrees, enabling the transfer cart to rotate in place. It is controlled remotely, and its running route is flexible, allowing it to adapt to complex production environments.
To ensure safety during use, the transfer cart is equipped with safety devices such as audible and visual warning lights, safety touch edges, and a laser device that automatically stops when it detects a person. Among them, the warning lights can remind the staff to keep out of the way when the transfer cart is in operation. The latter two devices can immediately cut off the power supply of the transfer cart through contact or induction, reducing losses caused by emergency situations.
The transfer cart is powered by maintenance-free batteries. The electrical box is equipped with a power display screen. When the power level is lower than the set threshold, the color of the display screen will change to remind the staff to charge it in a timely manner, avoiding situations where the product cannot operate normally due to insufficient power and reducing the handling efficiency.
