This is an amazing full body weighted workout with no jumps. You will really feel your muscles working so we can build and tone in just 30 min. It is a repeated workout, to make sure we really get into each move to feel the muscles correctly. I was using 3kg dumbbells but you can use any weight that you feel comfortable with! #musclebuilding #nojumpingworkout #fullbodyworkout

For beginners, feel free to take breaks as needed and modify exercises to suit your fitness level. Advanced participants can increase intensity by adding resistance bands or adding some jumps.
