[Out of warranty] bought in Dec 2019, been using it quite frequently, until yesterday I was putting on them as usual but only the right earbud is working (no flashing led light, cannot be turned on). I cleaned both of them and the case with cotton swab, no use; tried to reset the case as the official always told, no use; press on the tiny hole between the gold charging connectors, no use; the magnet beneath the rubber cover is intact and as in video works perfectly fine with the right earbud; submitted my issue twice to Jabra support via their website, no respond yet. Hardware problem, I guess.
