Atlanta Catholics Mobilize Against Upcoming Satanic Black Mass | EWTN News Nightly

The faithful in Atlanta, Georgia are reacting to an upcoming Satanic Black Mass. Archbishop Gregory Hartmayer is leading the efforts to pray and make reparation ahead of Friday's event planned by a so-called Satanic temple. Archbishop Hartmayer calls the event "a blasphemous and obscene inversion of the Catholic Mass." Other Church leaders are also weighing in. Producer and host of the Exorcist Files podcast, which has been downloaded by millions of users, Fr. Carlos Martins, joins to tell us how concerning it is for people living near this Black Mass on Friday and whether there are specific prayers or any fasting the faithful should do. Fr. Martins shares more about Archbishop Hartmayer's comments referring to the Black Mass as "blasphemous and obscene" and what the purpose is of a so-called Black Mass. With the event in Atlanta and the controversial street festival in France with Satanic imagery, Fr.
