Why ill never buy a house in the UK mainly comes down to affordability and getting onto the property ladder. Over all I want to leave the UK it's a cold damp island with rocketing cost and tanking standard of living. If I could afford to sail away I would but I have to be realistic,.

My plan for now is buy a van to live in between hotels, gigs, boat and my folks and help them out along with building up the channel.

Medium term have the boat ready and sail away.

Long term, sell the boat and use a mix of the money from the sale, savings and continue to work but have a small place as self sufficient as possible.

Today's episode is just talking about the cost of living and housing problems here in the UK. Using official government data I'm currently working away so I can't make the usual content but I'm playing around seeing what people enjoy.
