Willis Plate is the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix. When I first stumbled upon him jamming, at first, I thought I went back in time, to a period when I was totally Jimi Hendrix, which I have 85% of all his recordings (mp-3). I closed my eyes, and could see Jimi jamming... It was a pure as it gets, in concept, to being with Jimi! I felt bad, I only had $5.00 to give him, when I should have been paying full concert prices for Hendrix concert.
