It's Day 05 of the October Athlete 2024 Challenge! This all-bodyweight workout uses High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) to target your body for strength and cardio. Start back to basics for 40 seconds, then add intensity for 30 and 20-second intervals. No equipment is needed!
