Seated Wheelchair Movement and Stretching - Day 25 of 30 Days

Day 25! Sierra and Tanelle are both T6 complete paraplegics (completely paralyzed, no feeling or movement from the chest down), so move as you wish as we move through the soreness and tightness of the day.
