Repairing a dead Enhance Mobility Mojo Automatic Folding Scooter

The MoJo folding scooter by Enhance Mobility has not been released too long ago maybe 2021/2, this one got called in to us for repair by Enhance Mobility as a dead none running scooter under warranty. This is our first time seeing this scooter since its release, the gentleman who bought the scooter said he was traveling down the sidewalk and hit a bump and the scooter just cut out and never restarted again. Let's see if I can diagnose what's going on with this scooter.
