We starting our journey into distilling through a desire to make husk spirit (grappa.) Discovering this wasn't easy made us concentrate more on gin while we built up our small craft distillery, but eventually we managed to source grapes and crafted our first batch. We are now in our third year of producing grappa, and in that time we learned a lot! This video explains how we make it, from grape to glass.
