This video is made for a four door french door style Samsung Refrigerator with model number RF28HMEDBSR.

Note: if the ice maker tray will not remove from the refrigerator easily, USE THE FORCED DEFROST (Fd) MODE. Sometimes you may have to use the Forced Defrost mode more than once to melt the ice enough to let the ice tray be removed. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE REFRIGERATOR.

This is a common problem with the four door Samsung Refrigerators.
