In this yoga class, we work on hip and spine mobility to help you build flexibility.
While challenging our body we need to keep our breath deep and maintain the peace and stillness within.
All you need is your yoga mat and a positive attitude. Let your breath be your guide.
Feel free to take breaks whenever needed. Join the class again whenever you're ready.
This practice is made for you to feel good! Set your intention and then let's go!
