Earlier this week I interviewed my daughters' teacher Ian Doveton from Blakes Crossing Christian College. Last year I sat with Ian and he showed me the content taught to students for sex ed. They use a program called 'No Apologies' which was developed by Christian educators. I can say this is a far better program, in my opinion compared to the mainstream schools' respectful relationships and safe schools' programs. No Apologies is age appropriate, not explicit. As a mum I felt reassured. Thank you Ian for sharing!

Parents you need to ask your teachers what your children are learning in schools, and if you don't want them participating, you can opt them out, in writing. Some parents are comfortable teaching children about sex and relationships and some are not. I believe that CSE (comprehensive sex education) should be an extra curriculum option offered to families and not made compulsory... But based on biological truth!
