Being a victim of war has long-term consequences, both physically and emotionally, but the true power comes when you find the right person, who will accept you for who you are, not for what you’ve been through.

Hawrra shares her romantic tale and how it transformed her life. Hawrra Saad, born in 2000 an Iraqi from Baquba, she’s a table tennis player on the national team.
She was injured in 2005 due to a mortar shell.
