Meditative instructions for students -
Sitting comfortably in meditation with headphones on or earbuds in both ears.
Activating your Kundalini at the beginning or at any time during the meditation is excellent, whatever is comfortable for you in this working.
Bringing awareness to your Energy Body inside the core of your physical form and extending outwards from your Being.
Begin to alter the state of your Energy Body and physical form into a state of Gold, this being the alchemy process of this Binaural.
Any imagery needed that is comfortable and safe for you that achieves this goal is perfect, let the meditation flow.
Feeling the shifting of your internal awareness of your known self to become that which is in alignment to Gold.
This may be physical, mental, or spiritual, this is the alchemical process for you.
Sit with the sensations, images, and energies for the duration of the meditation, or for as long as you need.
When you are prepared, let go of the practice, coming back into your waking senses.

Alchemize your body, mind, and spirit with the frequency of Gold 316hz paired with the Miracle tone of 432hz. When I work with this Alchemical process my entire being turns to Gold from the inside out. Gold being a state of spiritual Being, it is a place where we find ourselves tempered and pure, yet malleable, like the precious metal.
