What Your Urine Colour Indicates About Your Body.

Urine is a liquid by product or waste consisting of water, salt, urea and uric acid which made in the kidneys, stored in the bladder and the released through the urethra.

1. Regular or normal urine colour ranges from clear to straw or pale yellow. If it is too concentrated that may mean you are dehydrated and you need to drink more water.

2. Clear: If it is too clear where there is no colour that means you are diluted, you are drinking too much of water and you are diluting your electrolytes and that is bad for your cardiovascular system.

3. Pink or red: if your urine turns pink or red, it could be you are eating beets, blackberries or fava beans or you may have kidney stone in that case take potassium citrate.

4. Brigh yellow: that usually happens after consuming too many b vitamins mostly the synthetic type.

5. Dark red: means blood in your urine, it could be kidney stones, intense exercise like marathon, or sometimes a liver issue.

6. Darker orange or brown colour; that could be probably be a liver issue, I recommend you eat more vegetables and cut out the junk.

7. Green: if your urine colour tunrs green, it could you are taking some medications or asparagus or even a UTI if it is also cloudy.

8. Foamy yellow: if urine is foamy, it could be due to protein that shouldn’t be there in, it is a not a good thing so it either you are consuming too much protein or the kidney disease and therefore needs some support in that case you would to watch some of my kidney videos and also check with your doctor.

9. Darker foamy urine: . if you have been seeing a dark and foamy urine when you pee it could be due to excess by-product of protein. It can also be as a result of intense exercise but if you are not doing any intense exercise or taking a high protein diet and you urinated and you saw this sign, it is definitely a kidney problem.

10. Dark brown pee that smells like ammonia can be a sign of liver failure
