Jerry Williams is a British singer-songwriter who has burst onto the UK’s ever-growing Indie scene with her conversational lyrics.

Compared to the likes of Kate Nash, the Portsmouth native released her first single titled ‘A Hairdressers called Sid’s’ in 2014, before other tracks from her EP ‘Cold Beer’ helped her gain over 200,000 plays on SoundCloud. More recently, her single ‘I’m Not In Love With You’ has been nominated as BBC Radio 1’s ‘Track of the week’, increasing her exposure in the U.K’s music scene.

The 21-year-old has previously supported Ben Howard on tour and for 2017, Jerry has been confirmed for festivals such as Live at Leeds, Tramlines, and The Great Escape. She’s also linking up with BBC Introducing to perform gigs in Manchester and London. All in all, it’s a really exciting time to be Jerry Williams!

For her Make It Music session, Jerry has recorded a version of Jamie T’s ‘If You Got The Money’ and her single ‘Grab Life’.
