It’s a heavyweight clash in Southeast Missouri this Friday night as the Jackson Indians (3-0) travel to take on the Farmington Knights (3-0) in a battle of the unbeatens!

🔥 The Jackson Indians have already proven their toughness this season, opening the year with a signature 23-20 win over Cardinal Ritter in front of a packed house at The Pit. Led by head coach Ryan Nesbitt, the Indians bring back a wealth of experience from last year’s state quarterfinal run. Anchored by one of the state’s best offensive lines—featuring Iowa State commit Brysen Wessell and junior standout Brayden Harris—Jackson boasts balance on offense. Senior quarterback Drew Parsons, a SEMO baseball commit, can hurt defenses with both his arm and legs, while running back Jaylon Hampton has already surpassed 2,000 career rushing yards and 40 touchdowns, making him one of the most dangerous playmakers in Missouri.

⚔️ Across the field, the Farmington Knights are thriving under the leadership of new head coach Brent Eckley, a name very familiar to Jackson fans. Eckley coached the Indians for 11 seasons, winning the 2020 Class 5 State Championship and earning induction into the Missouri Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2022. With over 25 years of head coaching experience and over 200 career wins, Eckley brings championship pedigree and a proven culture of toughness to Farmington. The Knights are off to a perfect start in 2025 and are eager to prove themselves against one of the state’s top programs.
