Ingredients for the Green Masala Paste:

1 tsp cumin Seeds
1 star anise
half of a big cardomom
1 mace or javitri
5 cloves
1 cinammon stick
Stone flower
1 kapok bud or marathi moggu
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Back Pepper corns
1 tsp Fennel seeds
6-7 green chillies
1 inch piece of ginger
8-10 cloves of garlic
4 cardomoms
1 large onion
1 tbsp of Poppy seeds or khus khus
8-10 curry leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
handful of fenugreek leaves
handful of mint leaves
1 tomato
half cup coconut
You could also add Palak and Dill Leaves. I added whatever i had at home. You could add more as well.
