Guyanese Chicken Curry || Collaboration with Trini Indian Kitchen- Episode 61

Ingredients and Measurements:
3 lb. chicken chopped and washed
1 small onion sliced
3-4 scallions chopped
15 cloves garlic
3 wiri wiri peppers (blend with the garlic)
2 tbsp. duck and goat curry powder
1 tbsp. regular curry powder
2 tbsp. masala
1 tsp. ground geera (roasted ground cumin)
2 potatoes cut into quarters
salt to taste
oil
water
