Please keep in mind that by the time you see these daily videos, a few days have passed and some of the issues mentioned are already resolved. We are on track and trucking along to get this homestead to being livable.

While I am being real and showing that this is a learning experience because I learn by doing, even with lots of research under my belt, some people (who can’t help being negative) have taken some of my comments in the daily update videos to mean that I’m clueless and unprepared. That’s far from the case.

I will be much more aware of my words as I describe some of the obstacles and challenges I encounter as I develop my homestead. Even with all the research and planning, there’s nothing like boots on the ground to see what off-griding is all about. Nothing like trial and error. I know most of you can relate. 😊

I appreciate all the kind words of encouragement, ideas, tips, information and sharing of experiences from the majority of you. Thank you so much for being kind and understanding.
